Role overview

This role leads a small analytics team supporting consumer-facing healthcare marketplace products across multiple international markets. The position combines people management, senior stakeholder partnership, and hands-on analytical work to surface insights that shape decisions for clinics and individual practitioners. The team operates AI-first, embedding modern tooling into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a team of 2–3 analysts, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and running agile ceremonies. - Coach analysts technically and professionally while holding them accountable for impact and quality. - Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and surface opportunities through deep-dive analysis. - Design and analyze experiments including A/B tests that inform product and business decisions. - Build and maintain scalable data models, automations, and dashboards in Looker or Tableau. - Drive AI-first practices through shared libraries, reusable code, and GitHub-based architecture. - Translate business questions into requirements for BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams. - Build an interpretation layer that turns metrics and models into AI-generated, decision-ready insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

- Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics. - 5+ years of analytics experience including 1–2 years leading analysts. - Strong SQL skills, with BigQuery preferred; Python is a plus. - Experience designing automations and scalable data models. - Proven track record embedding AI-assisted querying and coding into a team's workflow. - Hands-on dashboard experience in Looker and/or Tableau for non-technical audiences. - Working knowledge of regression analysis and A/B testing. - Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
