Role overview This role leads a team responsible for moving customer data safely and accurately into a nonprofit-focused giving platform during the post-sale conversion period. It is a people-leader position that combines data analytics expertise with delivery management, partnering across project management, engineering, product, and support to keep onboarding outcomes on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of conversion data analysts through regular feedback, growth conversations, and day-to-day support.
- Own delivery outcomes and final prioritization decisions across the team's portfolio of conversion work, balancing delivery pressure with sustainable practices.
- Use KPIs and data signals to spot trends early, weigh risks and tradeoffs, and intervene before issues become blockers.
- Partner with leaders, project managers, engineering, product, and support to keep conversion work connected to customer onboarding outcomes.
- Apply working knowledge of conversion workflows, data mapping, and the underlying data model to guide decisions without taking the work off analysts' plates.
- Foster psychological safety, encourage knowledge sharing, and maintain a steady leadership presence during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or conversion delivery roles.
- At least 1 year in a senior or lead analyst role, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Working proficiency in SQL and solid data analysis fundamentals.
- Strong Excel skills and command of data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling, plus clear communication and decisive judgment.
