Growth Product & Business Analyst

Role overview A consumer-focused outdoors platform is hiring an analyst to help drive growth strategy and surface new opportunities across product and business. The position sits at the intersection of product, finance, and analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams to inform launches, iterate on features, and scale subscriber growth.

Responsibilities - Proactively generate insights that identify new growth opportunities and inform business strategy - Guide iteration on existing features to drive measurable business outcomes - Partner with product managers and finance analysts on day-to-day launches and operational needs - Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics - Build out optimized tables and views in the data warehouse or data marts to support analytics - Communicate findings clearly, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements - 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, or another quantitative role, with a focus on financial, product, or user behavior analysis for B2C teams - Working understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and incrementality concepts - Proficiency in SQL for pulling and joining large datasets, plus analysis using Python, R, or Excel - Experience designing and building dashboards in tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude - Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and problem-solving ability - Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and influence decisions

Nice to have - Experience with bottoms-up, cohorted subscription revenue analysis - Background at a B2C mobile subscription or internet company - Startup experience or time at a company that has scaled quickly - Familiarity with dBT, Dataform, Looker, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Coda, or GitHub - A personal passion for the outdoors
