Product Engineer

Role overview Take technical ownership of building and delivering digital products, using AI-assisted engineering while applying sound architectural judgment to ensure the result is functional and ready for users. The role also involves direct client collaboration: understanding business needs, explaining tradeoffs, demonstrating progress, and coordinating delivery milestones with a growth-focused teammate.

Responsibilities - Build product features rapidly using AI and agentic engineering approaches. - Review AI-generated code and work to confirm it is complete, reliable, and ready to use. - Make architectural decisions, including choices about vendors, services, and the application stack. - Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, scope work, present demos, and gather feedback. - Explain technical tradeoffs in accessible terms and set boundaries when a request needs to be reconsidered. - Deliver usable iterations quickly and coordinate milestones with the growth engineer.

Requirements - At least 3 years of React Native experience. - At least 2 years of Next.js experience. - At least 3 years working with Node.js, including 2 or more years with NestJS. - Strong experience with agentic engineering and sound architectural judgment. - Experience deploying applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play. - Advanced English proficiency.
