Requirements - Strong engineering and functional design knowledge, with an understanding of how system concepts translate into execution. - Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams while maintaining both detailed follow-through and program-level perspective. - Clear cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence teams without direct authority. - Commercial awareness, including experience or capability in estimation, proposal support, and cost evaluation. - A proactive, organized approach to risk management, stakeholder alignment, and tracking deliverables. - Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of a typical year.
