Role overview
Drive the roadmap for an endpoint privilege management (EPM) area within a SaaS-first identity security portfolio. The position translates product strategy into well-scoped requirements, partners closely with engineering to ship customer-centric features, and helps advance a leadership position in privileged access management. The role sits on a globally distributed team and is open to candidates based in the United States, operating within a flexible remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product vision and strategy for EPM solutions and own the roadmap for an assigned product area in line with those goals - Maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, partnering day to day with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value - Build understanding of the market and users through customer and partner conversations, competitive and analyst inputs, and feedback gathered from Sales and Support - Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support throughout the release cycle to ensure high-quality, on-time feature delivery - Support go-to-market execution with Product Marketing by contributing to positioning, messaging, release notes, and launch content for owned feature areas, and provide internal technical teams with the documentation, demos, and training needed for launches and customer success - Track adoption and usage metrics for the assigned product area and use them to recommend improvements and inform prioritization decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred; a Master's or MBA is a plus - 3+ years of product management experience in an Agile or Scrum environment - Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with endpoint operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux - Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, for example Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tooling - Experience contributing to enterprise product releases from concept through general availability, translating technical capability into clear user experiences and customer value - Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to cross-functional teams and enterprise customers; fluent in English
