About this role
Role overview
This is a senior product leadership opportunity defining and executing the strategy for the platform capabilities that power the full customer lifecycle of a real-time bot and AI-agent trust management product. The scope spans first-time setup, ongoing configuration, day-to-day operation, and expansion, connecting customer-facing experiences with shared infrastructure and internal workflows. The work involves shaping onboarding, dashboards, identity, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled automation across product, engineering, design, security, and revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for a unified platform experience, workspaces, and end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding, configuration, product-led growth, and cross-product workflows. - Lead the evolution of a shared dashboard and common components, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience across product surfaces and organizational management. - Define the direction for foundational platform capabilities such as identity, authentication, user management, SSO, RBAC, APIs, integrations, data ingress and egress, and developer-facing tooling including agent access patterns. - Own the product strategy for commercial operations, including provisioning, entitlements, packaging, metering, billing, account administration, support, and operations workflows. - Apply AI to improve onboarding, self-service, configuration, customer insights, expansion opportunities, and internal automation. - Translate customer, business, and technical needs into an outcome-driven roadmap, aligning product, engineering, design, security, finance, revenue operations, and go-to-market stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, data products, or operational systems. - Technical fluency to engage deeply on systems, architecture, identity, security, data, and APIs, with the ability to balance near-term customer needs against long-term platform leverage. - A track record of setting strategy, prioritizing under competing constraints, and shipping products with measurable business impact. - Sound business judgment balancing customer value, growth, cost, risk, and long-term platform investment. - High agency, comfort leading through ambiguity, and excellent communication with senior technical and business stakeholders. - A collaborative, low-ego working style and professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS administration, data-intensive dashboard experiences, or identity systems such as SSO, SCIM, and RBAC. - Background with developer platforms, APIs, integrations, data infrastructure, or AI-agent ecosystems. - Familiarity with provisioning, entitlements, usage metering, billing, or product-led growth motions. - Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or other high-scale, trust-sensitive environments.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first role based anywhere in France, with the option to work from a Paris office or in a hybrid setup. - A workspace stipend to help set up a home office. - Access to a French healthcare partner. - Learning, training, and professional development support. - Company offsites, team events, workshops, parties, and lunch-and-learn sessions. - Gifts and care packages for growing families. - Country-based paid time off, including 25 days for France-based employees. - Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
