Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Role overview A senior full-stack engineering role building the core platform behind consumer financial products used by millions of members. The position blends hands-on TypeScript backend development with modern web and mobile UI work, contributing technical leadership and mentorship on a tight-knit product team.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain backend services in TypeScript that power features for a multi-million-user base. - Build user-facing experiences using React.js and React Native alongside product and design partners. - Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to overall team technical direction. - Mentor and pair with other engineers, raising the engineering bar across the group. - Help define feature specifications and architectural choices for new product launches.

Requirements - A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related discipline. - Four or more years of experience building production full-stack applications. - Strong computer science fundamentals and programming experience in one or more general-purpose languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go. - Experience building user-focused interfaces with a modern UI framework. - Effective communication skills, comfort with monitoring and metrics tools, and Agile team experience.

Nice to have - Node.js experience. - React Native experience shipping production mobile applications. - Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience.
