Requirements - 8+ years leading complex technical programs, including significant ownership of consumer product launches or zero-to-one initiatives. - Proven experience taking products from early definition through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners. - Strong technical fluency across modern software systems, including mobile apps, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and third-party integrations. - Demonstrated ability to identify cross-team dependencies and risks and convert complexity into clear execution plans. - Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical or regulatory complexity for senior stakeholders. - Track record of influencing without direct authority and building alignment across teams with different priorities.
Nice to have - Fintech experience across banking, payments, credit, lending, or other regulated consumer financial products. - Experience launching products that involve financial partners, regulated workflows, or complex operational requirements.
Benefits and work setup - Virtual-first culture with flexible hours and a home office stipend; team members can live and work anywhere in the United States except Hawaii. - Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; financial advisor and wellness support. - Generous paid parental and caregiver leave, flexible PTO, and company holidays that include Juneteenth and a winter break. - All-company in-person events roughly once or twice a year plus ongoing virtual gatherings.
