Delivery Solutions Architect - Public Sector (DOJ)

Role overview Lead post-sale technical delivery for complex public-sector data and AI engagements, guiding selected use cases from technical win through production and ongoing adoption. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with account planning, executive engagement, and coordination across customer and internal teams. The position is remote in the Huntsville, Alabama area, with travel of up to 30%; U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities - Set technical account strategies and delivery plans for priority customers and use cases. - Coordinate onboarding, enablement, production launches, and healthy workload adoption across customer and internal teams. - Serve as the primary technical contact for questions and issues affecting agreed production plans. - Identify ways to accelerate use cases, coordinate specialist and professional services support, and raise needs to product and engineering teams. - Plan for user growth, platform adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, and executive governance. - Track customer health, usage, risks, investment, and use case progress, sharing updates with stakeholders.

Requirements - U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance. - At least seven years leading technical project or program delivery in data and AI, with the ability to contribute to customer architecture and design discussions. - Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala. - Background in a customer-facing presales, architecture, customer success, or consulting role. - Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
