Responsibilities

- Design and develop cutting-edge generative AI solutions that incorporate the latest research techniques in areas like retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning - Own end-to-end production rollouts of both customer-facing and internal generative AI applications, including evaluation and optimization - Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across multiple domains, translating business needs into AI architectures - Present work at industry conferences and contribute as a recognized thought leader both internally and externally - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence platform priorities and shape the product roadmap

Requirements

- Hands-on experience building generative AI applications using patterns such as RAG, multi-agent systems, and Text2SQL, with tools including HuggingFace, LangChain, or DSPy - Proven expertise deploying production-grade generative AI applications, including evaluation and optimization - Several years of industry data science experience with common ML tooling such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch - Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience) - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

- Experience processing large-scale distributed datasets using Apache Spark or a comparable unified data and AI platform - Willingness to travel roughly once every 4–8 weeks for on-site customer engagements
