Responsibilities
- Design cutting-edge GenAI solutions that apply the latest research techniques to real customer problems - Own the production rollout of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications - Serve as a trusted technical advisor across a range of customer domains - Present at industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership both internally and externally - Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications such as RAG, multi-agent systems, and Text2SQL using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or DSPy - Proven expertise deploying production-grade GenAI systems, including evaluation and optimisation - Extensive industry data science experience with common ML tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch - Track record deploying production ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP - Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research) or equivalent practical experience - Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to mixed audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with a unified data and AI platform and Apache Spark for processing large-scale distributed datasets - Willingness to travel roughly every 4–8 weeks to engage with customers in person
