Senior Product Manager

Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for endpoint capabilities in an enterprise data security platform. The work spans customer discovery, market assessment, roadmap decisions, and close partnership with engineering to turn security needs into usable, scalable product improvements. The role also supports product launches and external communication.

Responsibilities - Set the vision and strategy for endpoint sensor capabilities and guide initiatives from early definition through release. - Work with customers and prospective users to understand their needs, use cases, and perceptions of product value. - Partner with engineering and other teams to design and launch endpoint detection and response capabilities, including AI-enabled approaches to insider threat challenges. - Maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances customer outcomes, product quality, and commercial goals. - Write and refine requirements and user stories, clarify them with engineers, and track delivery against an agreed definition of done. - Assess cybersecurity trends, adjacent markets, and competing products, and contribute to announcements and industry-facing communications.

Requirements - At least five years managing enterprise security products, with a record of supporting business growth. - Experience with cross-platform endpoint software, endpoint telemetry, and areas such as EDR, EPP, or DLP. - Experience planning large-scale endpoint deployments and understanding their user and business implications. - Background managing enterprise software in an early-stage company, balancing customer needs, limited engineering capacity, and quality. - Strong technical judgment to assess feature complexity and communicate effectively with engineers, executives, customers, and cross-functional teams. - Experience with scalable enterprise product needs such as access controls, directory integration, deployment, and performance management.

Nice to have - Experience using data to inform product decisions and working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers on user interfaces. - Established relationships that can support market and product research.
