Manager, Digital Product

Role overview This product manager helps shape digital products and services across their full lifecycle, from setting direction and refining roadmaps to launching improvements and measuring results. The work combines customer and stakeholder engagement with data analysis, coordinating business and technical teams in a complex organization. The role is an individual contributor reporting to an analytics executive.

Responsibilities - Contribute to product strategy and maintain roadmaps that clarify priorities, risks, dependencies, and opportunities. - Gather customer and stakeholder needs, then turn them into actionable product requirements and recommendations. - Use qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer feedback, and performance data to guide feature choices and identify improvements. - Coordinate product work across technology, analytics, operations, and business teams, keeping teams aligned through delivery. - Collaborate with technical partners throughout development and assess how new technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, could support product capabilities. - Keep product work aligned with applicable safety, quality, confidentiality, regulatory, and compliance expectations.

Requirements - Five to seven years of experience supporting digital product strategy, development, or delivery. - Strong product management and analytical skills, including the ability to draw useful insights from complex data. - Experience translating customer needs, business requirements, and operational constraints into product decisions. - Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication; able to explain complex ideas to varied audiences. - Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build cross-functional alignment, and manage competing priorities. - Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience is sought.
