Project Manager

Role overview This Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through close, balancing scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder expectations. The role spans internal, departmental, and customer-facing initiatives in a dynamic environment and requires roughly 20% travel.

Responsibilities - Drive project initiation, including handovers from sponsors and structured kickoff facilitation. - Develop and refine project plans, assign team roles, review milestones with customers, and align on critical success factors. - Manage overall project setup and maintain ongoing communication with teams to track progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies. - Monitor progress against plan, scope, and timeline; review time reporting; run internal and client status meetings; and escalate when needed. - Lead post-project reviews, gather customer satisfaction feedback, and apply lessons learned to future work. - Contribute to methodology improvements, mentor other Project Managers, and serve as a backup to department leadership when required.

Requirements - 4+ years managing multiple complex projects with proven cross-functional stakeholder management. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills and the ability to drive competing priorities to completion. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have - PMP or CAPM certification. - Background in financial services, fintech, or technology environments. - Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
