Business Process and AI Product Owner

Role overview An advisory firm is hiring a Business Process & AI Product Owner to sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and applied AI. The role focuses on translating enterprise priorities into a disciplined AI product roadmap and orchestrating the cross-functional work needed to move agent-based solutions from concept into production. The position is the primary client-facing owner for engagements across the full lifecycle, from kickoff through steady-state managed outcomes.

Responsibilities - Own requirements, product backlog, and sprint planning for AI-driven workflow automation engagements aimed at enterprise finance and adjacent functions. - Diagnose process dysfunction in client operations, quantify value opportunities, and redesign processes so AI agents have something solid to plug into. - Lead stakeholder alignment across client leadership, engineering, and data teams to keep scope, priorities, and success measures tightly connected. - Run training, enablement, and customer success programs that drive adoption beyond initial deployment. - Track value realization from kickoff through steady state, ensuring each deployment produces measurable, defensible enterprise outcomes. - Coordinate the cross-functional work that takes agents from prototype to production-grade, grounded in strong data foundations and domain expertise.

Requirements - Deep understanding of how finance, operations, and technology intersect inside a large enterprise, ideally with credibility as a former finance leader. - Demonstrated ability to diagnose broken processes and size the value of fixing them. - Rigorous product management skills: backlog ownership, prioritization, and shipping through others. - Experience owning requirements end to end with enterprise clients, including redesign and sprint planning. - Comfort with stakeholder alignment, training delivery, and customer success at the executive and operational levels.
