About this role
Role overview
Own the design and delivery of onboarding for sales, solutions engineering, and customer success engineering roles. You’ll build role-specific learning paths and hands-on practice, lead cohort bootcamps, and work with managers and Revenue Operations to connect ramp progress with business outcomes. The position is remote-first, with occasional work outside standard hours to support colleagues across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tailored onboarding paths that combine business context, sales methodology, and technical learning in partnership with Technical Enablement. - Plan and facilitate about five interactive bootcamps each year, coordinating subject matter experts, exercises, and cohort communications. - Create practice and assessment experiences, including AI-supported roleplay, call analysis, discovery simulations, and practical certification milestones. - Establish baseline skill assessments and individual gap summaries to guide coaching for new hires and their managers. - Build a peer mentorship structure and equip frontline leaders with tools for continued one-to-one coaching after onboarding. - Partner with Revenue Operations to track ramp velocity, meeting and pipeline milestones, and revenue contribution; refresh onboarding based on results.
Requirements
- Five or more years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS, including at least three years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers. - Hands-on instructional design and facilitation experience, including creating curricula, practice scenarios, and skills certifications. - Familiarity with enterprise sales methods such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and experience translating them into practical training. - Experience working with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to sales velocity or revenue outcomes. - Comfort with sales and enablement tools such as Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, or comparable platforms. - Strong coaching, presentation, and relationship-building skills with sellers, managers, and senior leaders.
Nice to have
- Experience as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, in data, observability, or security software, or building AI-assisted coaching programs.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first work across multiple time zones, with occasional duties outside regular hours. - Compensation includes a location-dependent base salary, incentive or corporate bonus eligibility, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings, and equity.
