Automation Engineer

Role overview Design and operate automations that support court-data workflows, internal processes, quality checks, notifications, and recurring customer-success tasks. The work combines implementation with ongoing reliability: monitoring automated jobs, responding to failures, and documenting procedures so that teams can depend on them.

Responsibilities - Build automations for data workflows, operational tasks, QA checks, and notifications. - Use scripts, browser automation, APIs, or workflow tools to reduce repeated manual work. - Monitor scheduled or event-driven jobs and investigate failures. - Create and maintain operational playbooks and documentation. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to identify automation needs.

Requirements - Experience with scripting, workflow automation, browser automation, or APIs. - Ability to monitor automated processes and handle errors reliably. - Clear documentation habits for operational procedures. - Comfort working across product, engineering, and support functions.

Nice to have - Experience with Playwright, cron-based scheduling, queues, or no-code automation tools.
