Role overview A global business-to-business payments company is hiring a senior individual contributor to define and lead the Revenue Operations AI agenda. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Technology, identifying where AI can genuinely move the needle on seller productivity, forecast quality, and operational efficiency across a complex commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Revenue Operations AI roadmap aligned to commercial priorities and identify high-value use cases across the end-to-end sales process - Build business cases and investment recommendations for AI initiatives, evaluating emerging copilots, agents, and automation platforms - Analyze sales workflows to surface bottlenecks and design initiatives that increase seller selling time and reduce administrative effort - Design and run pilots, proof-of-concepts, and controlled experiments, then develop measurement frameworks to quantify impact - Build dashboards and executive-level reporting that track productivity, adoption, and revenue performance - Partner with Sales Leadership, RevTech, Enablement, Product, and Data teams to translate business challenges into clear operational and technology requirements - Establish governance frameworks for AI use case prioritization and support enablement programs that accelerate adoption
Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or Analytics - Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational improvement or technology transformation initiatives - Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and seller productivity - Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge and strong analytical skills using Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Experience building quantitative business cases and value realization frameworks

Benefits and work setup
