About this role
Role overview Guide enterprise customers through implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of a digital commerce search and product discovery service. The role combines relationship management with practical problem solving: you’ll connect technical work and performance data to customer goals, help stakeholders realize value, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities - Own the customer journey from kickoff and launch through adoption and continued value realization. - Build relationships across customer organizations, from engineering and product teams to senior digital and commerce leaders. - Align technical and business stakeholders around shared goals, success plans, and next steps. - Lead strategic business reviews, explain measurable impact, and recommend priorities based on customer objectives and performance data. - Identify blockers and risks early, coordinate escalations, and keep customers informed through resolution. - Maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, documentation, and training materials; partner with account management on retention and growth. - Share customer insights and repeatable practices to improve onboarding and support.
Requirements - Based in EMEA, ideally France, with fluency in French. - At least three years in enterprise customer success, account management, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing role. - Experience building trust with complex organizations and engaging technical, product, and executive stakeholders. - Confidence leading strategic reviews and influencing progress without direct authority. - Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to learn in a technically sophisticated environment.
Nice to have - Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, search, or product discovery.
