Lead Product Designer

Role overview A lead product design role within a remote-first, global team building a widely used self-custodial wallet and financial platform. The position takes end-to-end ownership of a prediction markets experience that sits at the intersection of trading, sports, news, and culture, shaping how users discover, understand, and trade on real-world events.

Responsibilities - Own the prediction markets experience from early concept through launch and ongoing iteration - Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade, and manage their positions - Translate complex ideas such as probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics into clear, approachable interfaces - Work closely with product and engineering to shape what gets built, not only how it looks - Prototype quickly using AI and modern design tools to explore directions and reach stronger solutions faster - Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to continuously improve the product

Requirements - 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products - Proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes - Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail - Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences - Comfort using AI, code, and modern design tools to explore, iterate, and build quickly - High ownership, strong communication, and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a fully defined brief

Nice to have - Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces, or other high-frequency consumer products - Genuine enthusiasm for sports and an intuitive understanding of how fans follow teams, leagues, and major events - Interest in prediction markets and how the category might evolve - Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts, or financial positions - Background designing discovery surfaces, feeds, ranking systems, or personalized content - Familiarity with crypto or web3, though deep protocol knowledge is not required

Benefits and work setup Remote-friendly role on a global, remote-first team. The listed U.S. base pay range is $125,000 to $195,000, with compensation outside the U.S. determined by location, experience, and skills.
