Senior Product Designer - Feegow (100% remote friendly in Brazil)

Role overview

A senior Product Designer is needed to lead interface modernization for a healthcare platform serving patients and practitioners. The role spans end-to-end product design — from user research through prototyping and final delivery — with explicit influence on long-term product strategy rather than only quarterly goals. The position is fully remote within Brazil and embedded in multidisciplinary product, engineering, and data teams.

Responsibilities

- Partner with product leadership to shape long-term direction and contribute to the multi-year roadmap, not only near-term objectives - Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface opportunities for experience improvements - Develop concepts, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes, then validate them with users and iterate - Design intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with the visual identity and consistent design patterns - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ship high-quality solutions - Monitor product performance post-launch and propose optimizations to flows, interactions, and bottlenecks

Requirements

- Proven experience designing digital products and interfaces, supported by a portfolio of work - Strong skills in user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing - Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Understanding of web and mobile development principles to collaborate effectively with engineers - Ability to present ideas clearly, absorb feedback, and work within multidisciplinary teams - Creative problem-solving skills and experience evaluating user flows to identify friction
