Senior Product Designer

Role overview Shape end-to-end product experiences used by tens of millions of people across iOS, Android, and web, balancing velocity and craft to deliver high-quality, intuitive consumer mobile and web features. This senior contributor role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, sets the standard for visual and interaction craft, and leverages AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to shipped experience faster.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end product design initiatives spanning visual, interaction, motion, and brand integration for consumer mobile and web experiences. - Prototype quickly in Figma and with AI and low-code tools to put testable concepts in front of users early and often. - Present design work persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, anchoring rationale in user needs and business goals. - Maintain close collaboration through engineering build, QA, and post-launch iterations to ensure high-quality execution. - Use research and performance data to inform design decisions and evolve the approach over time. - Champion system-level improvements, including evolving the team's design system and how the design org operates.

Requirements - 7+ years of UX and UI design experience, with at least 5 years focused on consumer mobile and web applications. - High proficiency in Figma and hands-on use of AI and low-code prototyping tools to move from idea to testable artifact. - Strong visual, interaction, and motion craft, with a portfolio showing shipped consumer work. - Comfort shipping small code or copy changes independently and bridging design with engineering implementation. - Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Nice to have - Bias toward shipping and iterating, with the judgment to decide when AI-generated output is good enough and when refinement is required.

Benefits and work setup - Base pay range of approximately $168,000–$245,000, depending on location and experience, with equity, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and flexible time off.
