About this role
Role overview Federal Engagement Manager role on a Public Sector Professional Services team, leading delivery of data intelligence and governance software for U.S. government customers. The position owns the end-to-end services relationship across adoption, expansion, and renewal, partnering with senior federal stakeholders and integrator partners to ensure mission-aligned outcomes.
Responsibilities - Manage services delivery across a portfolio of federal customer accounts, from implementation through renewal. - Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of purchased products and technologies, while ensuring compliance with federal standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud. - Build tailored data governance strategies for agencies that drive measurable mission and business outcomes. - Develop project plans tied to customer initiatives and use cases, providing documented status updates and weekly risk, issue, and change management reporting. - Act as a trusted advisor and liaison across Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams, aligning service delivery with customer priorities. - Identify opportunities to expand footprint by mapping product capabilities to customer initiatives and contributing to licensing and services growth.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience leading federal consulting engagements and managing multi-account delivery portfolios. - Working knowledge of the platform's products, operating model, workflow, and integration capabilities. - Ability to navigate CRM tools such as Salesforce, including accounts, projects, and utilization reporting. - Skill in clarifying business objectives, scoping solutions, and correlating product features to customer use cases. - Experience mentoring and coaching project team members during service delivery. - Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior-level federal stakeholders and partners.
Nice to have - Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks and federal contracting environments. - Experience building playbooks to address delivery process gaps and remediate at-risk accounts.
Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $96,000 to $120,000 per year, plus additional commission-based compensation. - Total rewards package including bonus potential, equity eligibility, a monthly Flex Fund stipend, and pension or 401(k) plans.
