About this role
Role overview Build and operate cloud platforms and delivery systems that support a range of future engineering projects. This role spans infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containers, observability, security, and operational troubleshooting, with collaboration across distributed engineering teams.
Responsibilities - Provision and improve cloud infrastructure through infrastructure as code, and support migrations and platform modernization. - Build and maintain pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery. - Deploy and troubleshoot containerized workloads, including Docker and Kubernetes environments. - Configure monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerts; investigate incidents and improve reliability. - Automate routine operational work, apply cloud and pipeline security practices, and document systems and runbooks. - Work with development and QA colleagues to resolve build, deployment, configuration, and runtime issues.
Requirements - At least three years in DevOps, cloud, SRE, platform, build/release engineering, or a related technical role. - Hands-on experience with one major cloud platform and infrastructure as code; Terraform is preferred. - Experience with CI/CD systems, Docker, Kubernetes or a managed container platform, and Linux administration. - Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, plus experience with monitoring and logging tools. - Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security, including identity and access management, secrets, and least privilege. - Strong troubleshooting skills, comfort with AI-assisted development tools, and English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Nice to have - Experience across multiple cloud platforms, production Kubernetes, GitOps, or configuration management tools. - Familiarity with observability, distributed tracing, DevSecOps, cloud migration, disaster recovery, or cost optimization. - Exposure to regulated environments, Windows and Azure ecosystems, or data-platform infrastructure; relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
