Senior Software Engineer with Rust

Role overview Shape and build a new suite of tools for deploying software agents on physical assets, from industrial equipment to vehicles and infrastructure. As a senior engineer, you’ll help guide the architecture and product direction, implement and maintain the solution, and validate it through demonstrations and close collaboration with the customer.

Responsibilities - Architect, build, and maintain the software solution. - Identify and drive opportunities to improve and expand the product. - Demonstrate the solution to the customer and incorporate feedback. - Investigate and fix defects efficiently. - Collaborate with teammates, support their work, and participate in Agile ceremonies and customer standups.

Requirements - At least seven years of professional software engineering experience and strong Rust skills. - Familiarity with Python and practical use of AI coding tools, including judgment about their strengths and limitations. - Experience designing distributed applications, REST APIs, and inter-service communication. - Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure communications, and API security. - Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Experience with Git, CI/CD, public cloud platforms, and Linux. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have - Experience building AI systems, including LLM applications or agentic solutions. - Bash skills, networking knowledge, or experience with data pipelines and integration.
