About this role
Role overview Lead customer-facing technical implementations for a healthcare product used in primary care. You will guide provider organizations from project kickoff through launch and transition to steady-state support, coordinating internal and customer teams to deliver each implementation on schedule and to a high quality bar.
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation and manage the handoff from account management. - Lead project plans for multiple concurrent launches, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, status, and responsibilities. - Coordinate with account management, support, product, and engineering to resolve blockers and keep work moving. - Surface integration risks early and work with technical teams to address them. - Capture customer feedback and share pain points with product, engineering, and support teams. - Improve implementation playbooks, tools, templates, and handoffs to shorten launch time and improve customer experience.
Requirements - 5–8 years leading technical product implementations in customer-facing roles, with a record of successful launches. - Experience managing several implementations in parallel. - Strong project management and customer communication skills, including the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable through influence. - Technical fluency to monitor integration work and coordinate issue resolution with product and engineering teams. - Working knowledge of clinical data and healthcare workflows.
Benefits and work setup Remote-first work setup. The listed estimated annual base salary range is $96,200–$125,000.
