Solutions Engineer (Vietnamese Speaker)

Role overview Own the technical journey for Vietnamese-speaking publishers and demand partners, from early solution design through SDK integration, launch, and ongoing performance improvement. The work combines hands-on mobile engineering, ad-tech troubleshooting, and consultative partner support, while also turning recurring needs into better tools and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery, understand partner systems and goals, and shape workable integration plans. - Manage SDK integrations from kickoff through testing and first ad delivery, working directly with partner engineers. - Diagnose issues across mobile SDKs, auctions, bidding, ad delivery, and reporting; support partners through launch and optimization. - Build scripts, automation, AI-assisted diagnostics, and reusable materials that make integrations more efficient. - Share recurring partner needs with Product and Engineering, and help translate them into platform improvements. - Maintain integration documentation and monitor partner technical health to spot improvement opportunities.

Requirements - Native or professional Vietnamese fluency and strong professional English. - At least five years in ad tech in a solutions, integration, software engineering, or similar partner-facing technical role. - Experience leading complex integrations, preferably involving mobile SDKs or programmatic advertising. - Strong iOS and Android debugging skills, including Swift or Objective-C and Kotlin or Java. - Knowledge of mediation, header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, auctions, and ad servers. - Strong debugging and communication skills, practical use of AI tools for coding or analysis, and experience with analytics tools. - Willingness to work closely with partners and travel when needed.
