Implementation Specialist

Role overview Take small businesses from an initial information-gathering conversation to a published AI agent that can answer customer questions and guide people toward a next step. The work combines client onboarding, configuring and testing agents, connecting available tools, and making sure each business can understand and maintain what it receives.

Responsibilities - Gather details about a business’s services, pricing, policies, and common customer questions. - Build, test, and publish a customer-facing AI agent based on the information collected. - Connect supported tools, such as calendars or messaging services, when needed. - Provide a concise handover guide and walk the business owner through the agent. - Turn recurring launch steps into checklists and templates to make future implementations more efficient.

Requirements - Strong organization and the ability to learn how a business works quickly. - Clear communication with people who may not have a technical background. - Relevant experience could include SaaS onboarding or implementation, setting up digital tools for small businesses, or building AI agents for clients.
