AI Researcher

Role overview This remote, full-time AI Researcher role is built for freshers who want to apply machine learning inside real product workflows. You will prototype and refine AI features powering assistants, schema-aware reasoning, intelligent workflows, and natural-language analytics experiences. The work blends research, experimentation, and hands-on engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities - Prototype and improve AI features for search, reasoning, automation, and in-product assistance - Explore prompt design, evaluation methods, retrieval workflows, and agent-like product patterns - Collaborate with engineering teams to convert research findings into shipped product capabilities - Contribute to improving quality, relevance, and trust in AI-generated outputs used inside the product

Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent research and project work - Up to 2 years of experience, or strong fresher-level AI research, experimentation, or ML project work - Solid fundamentals in machine learning, LLM concepts, experimentation, and applied problem-solving - Ability to read papers, test ideas quickly, and turn findings into practical product improvements - Comfort with Python, evaluation thinking, and working across research and engineering

Nice to have - Exposure to prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent systems, LLM evaluation, or applied AI product work - Experience through research labs, internships, open-source contributions, competitions, or serious independent projects - Genuine interest in building AI that fits inside real product workflows rather than standalone demos
