Job details
About this role
Role overview Build the models, pipelines, and infrastructure behind the core intelligence layer of an organizational intelligence platform. The work spans supervised learning for pattern recognition, LLM integration for natural language understanding, and the rigorous evaluation systems required to know whether the intelligence is actually working in production.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain models and pipelines that power the platform's core intelligence features. - Apply supervised learning techniques to recognize patterns in noisy organizational data. - Integrate and evaluate large language models for natural language understanding tasks. - Build evaluation frameworks that measure whether shipped intelligence is genuinely useful. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to take models from research through to production.
Requirements - 4+ years of applied ML engineering experience in production systems. - Strong Python programming and ML engineering fundamentals. - Experience with NLP, sequence modeling, or time-series analysis. - A rigorous approach to evaluation and a refusal to ship what cannot be measured. - Comfort working at the intersection of research and engineering. - Based in European time zones (CET ±3h) with the right to work in the EU or UK.
Benefits and work setup - Base salary of €90,000–€125,000 plus a meaningful equity package. - Remote-first with optional access to a Berlin engineering hub. - 30 days of holiday, a €3,000 annual learning budget covering conference and compute costs, choose-your-own hardware, and an annual team retreat.
