Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

Role overview Build and improve the infrastructure and automation that support software development, deployment, and operations. This senior staff role focuses on reliable, secure, and scalable delivery across cloud and on-premises environments, while helping engineering teams solve complex operational problems.

Responsibilities - Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and releasing software. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management with Infrastructure as Code. - Work with development and operations teams to improve delivery, deployment, monitoring, and release processes. - Maintain observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting, and troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments. - Improve infrastructure availability, security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. - Document systems and procedures, share technical knowledge, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements - 12 or more years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related field. - University degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps. - Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting or programming languages. - Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation, and working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of Linux or Windows administration, networking, containers such as Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes; ability to troubleshoot and manage competing priorities independently and across teams.

Nice to have - Experience with Kafka, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, or networking.
