Junior Product Manager
Job details
About this role
Role overview This role owns a product area end to end within a B2B SaaS environment, taking work from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. The position blends classic product management craft with an AI-augmented workflow, where intelligent agents handle much of the analytical and synthesis load so the PM can focus more time on customer empathy, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. The role also contributes to a cross-functional Product Council model for shared planning, prioritization, and roadmap ownership.
Responsibilities - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area, aligned with company goals and validated customer needs - Run continuous customer discovery, user research, and data-informed analysis to identify the right problems to solve - Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and keep a well-groomed, prioritized backlog - Partner with Engineering and Design to ship on a healthy cadence, measure outcomes, and iterate based on what the data shows - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning, launch, and adoption for the assigned area - Lead Product Council planning, bring evidence from discovery and analytics into prioritization, and engage cross-functional partners in substantive decisions - Act as a power user of AI product-analyst agents, validating their output and helping refine how humans and agents work together
Requirements - 3-7+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products in B2B SaaS or a comparable environment - Strong product craft across discovery, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, PRD writing, and success-metric definition - Customer- and data-driven decision style grounded in user insight and quantitative signals rather than intuition alone - Comfort working alongside AI agents, with clear judgment about where automation helps and where human review is essential - Proven cross-functional collaborator who builds trust with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success - Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, trade-offs, and progress
Nice to have - Experience evaluating or improving AI-generated artifacts used inside product workflows - Familiarity with usage analytics, churn root-cause analysis, or clustering of unstructured customer feedback
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first team with a monthly reimbursement for work-from-home expenses - Health, vision, and dental coverage starting on day one, plus HSA/FSA options, short- and long-term disability, life and personal accident insurance - Wellness stipend, Employee Assistance Program, and adoption assistance - 401(k) plan beginning at three months of employment with a company match upon enrollment - Discretionary paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and competitive paid parental leave with a flexible return-to-work policy - Employee referral program, peer recognition program, and a yearly tenure stipend - Laptop, hardware, and onboarding equipment provided at hire
