Product Manager

Role overview Own the direction and delivery of AI products, translating customer needs into focused plans for engineering, data, and model teams. The portfolio includes Arabic speech and voice-agent products as well as applications for capturing real-world data, with customers relying on these systems in operational settings. The role is remote.

Responsibilities - Set and maintain the roadmap for one or more products. - Speak with enterprise and government customers to understand their needs and how they use the products. - Turn customer problems into clear requirements and coordinate delivery with engineering and data teams. - Work with model and evaluation teams to define product quality, including performance across Arabic dialects. - Plan for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment needs. - Define release success measures, use data and feedback to guide priorities, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and trade-offs.

Requirements - Experience managing software products from concept through release. - Working knowledge of how AI and machine-learning products are built, tested, and improved. - Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into practical priorities. - Confidence using data to make decisions and explain them. - Clear written and spoken English, including the ability to describe technical topics in plain language. - Sound judgement balancing customer requests, technical constraints, and timelines; ability to work independently across remote teams and time zones.

Nice to have - Arabic skills, especially familiarity with regional dialects. - Experience with speech recognition, text-to-speech, voice agents, or chat agents. - Product experience with enterprise or government customers in the GCC. - Familiarity with data collection, annotation, or model evaluation.
