About this role
Role overview
Own features end to end for a cloud-based enterprise platform, from understanding product needs and designing the technical approach to building and supporting the finished software. The work spans Python services, APIs and integrations, and React interfaces for complex business workflows. You’ll also help keep the live platform reliable by investigating issues and improving its architecture and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Turn product requirements into technical designs and working features across backend and frontend systems. - Build Python services and React interfaces, including REST APIs, data contracts, and external integrations. - Design reliable asynchronous workflows with retries and fault-tolerance measures. - Develop reusable interface components and contribute to design-system documentation. - Add tests, support accessibility, and improve service observability. - Troubleshoot production and development issues, contribute to architecture decisions, and use AI tools with review and engineering judgment.
Requirements
- Advanced English and production experience across both backend and frontend development. - Production Python experience, REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, and PostgreSQL. - Experience with event-driven or asynchronous processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration. - React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive interfaces, and API integration. - Familiarity with Storybook, Playwright, Git, Terraform, and CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions. - Understanding of distributed systems, resilience patterns, authentication and authorization, accessibility, and production troubleshooting. - Ability to communicate clearly and validate, correct, and take responsibility for AI-assisted work.

- AI or LLM integrations, enterprise SaaS, Jest or Cypress, large-scale design systems, cloud frontend deployments, or mentoring experience.
