[Job-31953] Senior Scrum Master, Brazil

Role overview Support development squads as a Senior Scrum Master, facilitating agile practices and driving delivery for a sensor technology firm focused on retail and supply chain operations. The role operates within the SAFe framework, coordinating across business and technical stakeholders to keep teams productive and aligned.

Responsibilities - Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. - Remove impediments faced by team members and help identify and implement solutions to unblock delivery. - Collaborate with client Product Owners to keep the product backlog well-defined and properly prioritized. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to a healthy, productive work environment. - Monitor team progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting, and manage roadmaps with high stakeholder visibility. - Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies, and act as a liaison between the team and client stakeholders.

Requirements - Advanced or fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, able to operate independently from day one without intensive coaching. - Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments. - Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders. - Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams and build rapport with both audiences. - Experience working in international contracts and high-performance agile teams. - Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption, with regular use of AI tools and a habit of bringing them into everyday workflows.

Nice to have - Proficiency in Spanish.
