Role overview

Responsibilities

- Define and communicate a long-term data architecture vision aligned with business strategy - Lead evaluation and selection of technologies, frameworks, and standards for the data stack - Establish and promote best practices for data management and governance across teams - Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure the data setup serves business needs - Anticipate complex technical challenges and propose innovative, effective solutions - Provide advanced technical guidance and mentor team members as they grow into their roles - Ensure the data architecture complies with data security regulations and standards - Represent the data architecture in internal and external technical and strategic forums - Help define and execute the organization's broader data strategy

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure Cloud Services - Experience with Snowflake data warehousing - Experience with DBT for data transformation - Strong skills in data modeling, ELT design, and performance tuning - Advanced spoken and written English for working directly with international stakeholders - Proven track record mentoring and guiding technical teams through change
