Role overview A senior-level data architecture role responsible for shaping the long-term data vision of a technology services organization that builds AI-driven and digital transformation solutions for large enterprises. The position blends hands-on engineering depth with leadership, guiding engineers, partnering across business and technology teams, and representing the data practice in strategic forums.

Responsibilities - Define and communicate a long-term data architecture vision aligned with business strategy. - Lead the evaluation and selection of data technologies, frameworks, and standards. - Establish best practices for data management, governance, and security compliance across teams. - Translate complex data concepts for stakeholders and leadership, ensuring the data setup serves cross-functional needs. - Anticipate and solve complex technical problems, providing advanced guidance to data engineering and architecture teams. - Mentor and coach engineers, especially newer team members, while helping teams navigate change. - Contribute to data strategy execution and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors. - Represent the data architecture discipline in both internal and external technical and strategic conversations.

Requirements - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. - Strong experience with Snowflake data warehousing. - Practical experience with DBT for data transformation. - Solid background in data modeling, ELT design, and performance tuning. - Advanced written and spoken English for working with international stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience mentoring technical teams and guiding them through change.
