Senior Product Engineer (DevTools & AI reliability, remote)

Role overview This is a senior, full-stack product engineering role on a remote-first DevTools SaaS team. The mission is to give developers and their AI agents the tools to own reliability themselves, from end-to-end tests to synthetic monitoring defined as code. The role blends hands-on coding with direct customer conversations, focusing on problems like flaky tests, noisy alerts, and unclear failures in modern, AI-shipped software.

Responsibilities - Use coding agents daily for full-stack development: exploring solutions, scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and debugging. - Talk directly to developers, DevOps, and SRE teams; gather feedback and use it to validate ideas and course-correct early. - Identify and prioritize real developer pain points, favouring pragmatic solutions that ship quickly and compound into long-term reliability improvements. - Own work end-to-end, from shaping the initial idea through rollout to observing production behavior. - Participate in on-call and customer support rotations alongside the rest of the team.

Requirements - A track record of shipping features with AI tooling, not just experimenting with it. - Production software experience, including comfort with incidents, edge cases, regressions, and observability. - Ability to hold a product conversation, not only a technical one. - Strong self-motivation and autonomy in a remote, async-first environment. - Located within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones, with the ability to travel within Europe without lengthy visa processes.

Nice to have - Comfort across the stack, including Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Postgres, ClickHouse, or AWS.
