Senior Software Engineer

Role overview

Turn research findings and prototypes into production ready software, working closely with research and development teams to carry ideas through testing and release. The role also supports the quality, performance, and maintainability of software products over time.

Responsibilities

- Convert research outcomes and prototypes into production software in collaboration with research and development teams. - Build and maintain automated tests, including stability and performance checks before release. - Develop and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines; resolve version control conflicts. - Review code for scalability, maintainability, and adherence to engineering standards. - Prepare release notes and keep development and system documentation current. - Explore agentic programming approaches for tasks in the codebase.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant preparation. - At least five years of software development experience, including a track record of delivering production software. - Strong programming skills in C or C++, Java, and Python. - Experience with agentic programming, automated testing frameworks, version control, and performance testing tools. - Basic knowledge of deep learning, large language models, and model frameworks or optimization tools such as ONNX. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and communicate fluently in English.
