Technical Delivery Lead EES

Role overview Lead technical delivery for release, deployment, and environment management across enterprise technology teams. The role combines architecture guidance and delivery oversight with governance and continuous improvement, helping teams release software reliably while meeting security and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities - Set priorities for release and environment management work in line with technology leadership goals and available capacity. - Guide release governance, deployment readiness, environment management, and adoption of automation and CI/CD practices. - Advise teams on architecture and software delivery across the development lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing and deployment. - Establish standards, review work products and code, and identify technical and operational risks with mitigation plans. - Track delivery performance and environment health through operational measures, dashboards, and stakeholder updates. - Identify opportunities to use AI capabilities and tools to improve productivity, quality, delivery speed, risk management, or cost efficiency.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. - At least five years of systems management and analysis experience. - Experience with Agile methods, software or infrastructure standards, and application development practices. - Strong technical architecture, analytical problem-solving, planning, and collaboration skills. - Ability to communicate technical guidance, teach others, manage priorities, and present progress clearly. - Knowledge of release and environment management, DevOps, deployment automation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have - Technology or architecture leadership experience, project or product management experience, and familiarity with cloud technologies. - Healthcare or managed care knowledge and a cloud certification.
