Role overview
A consulting role focused on delivering large-scale Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Secrets Management programmes inside complex enterprise environments. The position blends cybersecurity domain knowledge with hands-on project delivery and stakeholder engagement, suited to someone comfortable navigating multi-vendor, highly customized landscapes. Candidates based in Poland are preferred, with a remote working model.
Responsibilities
- Shape project charters covering scope, objectives, timelines, success criteria, requirements, and risk mitigation. - Drive end-to-end delivery of IAM, PAM, secrets management, and related cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams. - Guide execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, keeping delivery aligned with agreed milestones. - Partner with stakeholders across cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, application development, operations, and external vendors. - Translate complex technical concepts into implementation plans, stakeholder updates, and executive-level reporting. - Monitor risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and quality metrics while supporting governance and steering committee activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Five or more years combining cybersecurity, IAM, UAM, PAM, or secrets management with technology delivery in large enterprises. - Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills across technical and business audiences. - Ability to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving delivery conditions while maintaining momentum. - Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or CISM. - Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA.
