Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple datasets, examine and interpret complex information, and translate findings into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders - Set up, deploy, configure, and monitor multiple systems supporting analytics workflows - Deliver timely, accurate, and reliable management reporting and conduct data review - Design innovative solutions for a wide range of complex data analysis requests - Assist in developing additional information system projects as needed - Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field, plus three or more years of demonstrated experience with databases, SQL query development, and at least one scripting language such as Python or R; alternatively, a Master's degree with one or more years of demonstrated experience - Strong attention to detail with excellent data and quantitative skills - Demonstrated ability to apply resourceful, innovative solutions to complex challenges and meet detailed project goals while working autonomously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly organize and convey complex concepts to diverse audiences - Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other database tools

- Reliable cable or fiber broadband connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds for remote work - Comfort with video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on
