Role overview A data visualization specialist role supporting a cloud-based learning platform used by training organizations, associations, and enterprises for certification, credentialing, test prep, continuing education, and training. The platform reaches a large and growing learner base and leans on personalization, gamification, data science, and omni-channel delivery. This role would help translate learning and product data into clear, actionable visuals for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Build dashboards and visual reports that communicate learner, product, and business metrics. - Partner with data, product, and operations teams to define meaningful KPIs. - Translate complex datasets into clear stories that support decision making. - Maintain and improve visualization standards and tooling across the organization.

Requirements - Hands-on experience designing dashboards and data visualizations. - Proficiency with modern BI and visualization tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining data to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have - Experience visualizing SaaS, learning, or engagement metrics. - Familiarity with experimentation, retention, or learner-behavior analytics.
