Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred - Three to five years of experience for Staff level, or five to eight years for Senior level, in accounting or auditing, ideally with public accounting exposure - Thorough knowledge of financial statement preparation, GAAP, and revenue recognition - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share financial information across the organization - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or QuickBooks - Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
