A senior program manager is needed to drive strategic business operations and high-impact initiatives across a large, complex organization. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish operating rhythms, shepherd strategic programs, and translate planning into reliable execution. Responsibilities
- Coordinate recurring business rhythms such as leadership meetings, program reviews, governance forums, and strategic initiative reviews. - Drive multiple strategic initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and planning through delivery and post-implementation review. - Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependency maps, and risk registers to keep workstreams on schedule. - Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, set priorities, and align resourcing. - Produce executive-ready presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communications that surface progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by analyzing operational data, processes, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a closely related discipline. - 3–5 years supporting business operations and executive operating rhythms within a large or complex organization. - 5–7 years of hands-on SharePoint administration and knowledge-management experience. - Track record of managing several cross-functional initiatives simultaneously with clear ownership of milestones, dependencies, and risks. - Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering across multiple functions and organizational levels. - Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
Nice to have
- PMP certification. - Experience leading or supporting organizational change-management initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups.
