Senior Project Manager

Role overview A senior project management role at a digital agency delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary work for major brands. The position leads projects end-to-end, from vision and scope through creative, UX, development, testing, and launch, acting as both Scrum Master and key client contact. Expect to manage several concurrent teams, mentor peers, and contribute to internal process improvements.

Responsibilities - Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on digital projects of varying size and complexity - Manage scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes - Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects while maintaining high client and team satisfaction - Act as Scrum Master, running effective Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning - Monitor and report on scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk proactively - Produce weekly status reports covering budget, schedule, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies - Serve as a key client contact and advocate for the project team - Facilitate efficient meetings with clear agendas, productive discussion, and follow-through on action items - Maintain resource forecasts in project management systems on a weekly basis - Partner with client service and business development on scoping and sizing new opportunities - Coach and mentor other team members and contribute to internal Agile and PM standards

Requirements - BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including at least 1-2 years of Agile experience - 5+ years working as a consultant or in an agency environment as a project manager - Exposure to multiple management approaches including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall - Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, typically 4 to 8 people each - Track record managing distributed or remote team members - Experience delivering large digital projects of $1MM+ over 9+ months - In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or equivalent software development tools

Nice to have - Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal - Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Magento or Shopify - Working knowledge of Google Analytics - CSM and PMP certifications - Some travel may be required
