Staff Product Manager, Payments Intelligence

Role overview

A senior individual contributor product role dedicated to the payments intelligence area, shaping strategy and execution for the products and capabilities that turn payment data into actionable insights. The position partners closely with engineering, data science, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes across a complex payments ecosystem. Responsibilities

- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a payments intelligence product area - Work with engineering, analytics, and data science partners to translate business questions into shipped capabilities - Identify high-leverage opportunities where improved signals or insights can strengthen payment outcomes for customers or the business - Run discovery, including stakeholder interviews and quantitative analysis, to validate problem framing and prioritization - Align partner teams on goals, success metrics, and trade-offs across a multi-quarter roadmap - Contribute to product craft and mentor other product managers within the broader organization

Requirements

- Several years of product management experience, including work on data, analytics, or platform-oriented products - Prior experience operating at a senior level on complex, cross-functional initiatives - Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of influencing leadership and partner teams - Comfort designing metrics, running experiments, and reasoning about quantitative trade-offs - Experience delivering products that rely on large or sensitive datasets

Nice to have

- Background in payments, financial technology, risk, or fraud domains - Familiarity with internal tools, decisioning systems, or platform-style products consumed by other teams - Prior technical experience such as engineering, data science, or analytics work
