Responsibilities
- Design data collection strategies and pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory across multiple enterprise sources, ensuring appropriate integrity, frequency, and confidence in the data. - Apply advanced algorithms and statistical techniques to surface patterns, trends, and anomalies in large, complex datasets. - Build dashboards, charts, and visualizations that translate technical findings into clear narratives for program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple program sources to support healthcare transformation reporting. - Partner with technical, clinical, and operational teams to align data strategy with broader program objectives and modernization goals. - Support predictive modeling and trend analysis that improve service delivery and inform future planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline. - 8 or more years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise analytics, platform modernization, or technical analytical work within large-scale enterprise or federal environments. - Hands-on experience with Azure Government, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, or comparable enterprise cloud analytics platforms. - Background analyzing business and technical processes and translating requirements into enterprise technology or ERP solutions. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, triage, and resolve complex technical issues across interconnected systems and organizational infrastructure. - Experience providing technical direction or oversight to engineering teams, paired with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting a large federal healthcare agency or other major public-sector organization. - Familiarity with ERP platforms and modernization or implementation initiatives. - Knowledge of federal IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and cloud governance policies. - Experience working in Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments. - Relevant industry certifications such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or ITIL.
