Solutions Architect - East Coast

Role overview This Solutions Architect role partners with enterprise clients to design and deploy a cloud backup posture management platform, serving as the primary technical advisor during evaluation and onboarding. The position blends hands-on cloud engineering with client-facing consulting, requiring someone who can lead technical discussions, run proofs of concept, and translate field feedback into product improvements. It is a remote, US-based role with up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities - Act as the lead technical advisor for enterprise prospects, demonstrating how the platform addresses their use cases through proofs of concept, integration guidance, and deployment best practices. - Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure the solution to showcase fit. - Lead onboarding for new clients by mapping business needs to platform capabilities and designing implementations that solve their problems. - Advise on tracking implementation strategies and guide clients through rollout. - Create reusable technical content such as sample code, blog posts, presentations, white papers, and workshops. - Gather client feedback, identify trends, and share insights with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements - Significant experience working with enterprise customers on cloud infrastructure products. - Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) from a DevOps perspective. - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to design and implement custom solutions for complex problems. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams. - Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.
